What this static site uses
The supplied pages do not set HTTP cookies or load analytics, advertising pixels or third-party tracking scripts. The preference controls below use localStorage, a browser storage mechanism separate from cookies. Hosting infrastructure may have its own operational behavior; this page describes the storage used by the supplied website code.
Cookies can be sent automatically with requests to the relevant server. localStorage is accessed by page scripts and is not automatically included in those requests. Both can retain information on a device, so this page explains our localStorage use alongside cookies.
Your saved choice
Choose Accept to record acceptance, or Essential Only to record a restrictive preference. Both options currently leave the same tracker-free experience: neither activates optional services.
If optional services are introduced later, they must be described and handled appropriately before being activated. This choice does not authorize unspecified future processing.

Storage details
- Keybsn-cookie-preference
- Valuesaccepted or essential
- PurposeRemember the preference selected on this browser and site origin.
- DurationUntil replaced, removed through browser controls or cleared by the browser. There is no script-defined expiry.
The preference value contains no name, email address or editorial note. The supplied script does not transmit it to an editorial server. Browser privacy settings, private browsing and storage limits may prevent it from being retained.
Change or remove your choice
Return here through “Consent preferences” in any page footer and select a different option. To remove the stored value entirely, use your browser’s settings for site data associated with boulevardstellarnoodle.buzz. This may also remove data added by other features of the deployed site. A different browser, profile or device will have its own preference.
What is not stored here
The editorial note pad does not use cookies or localStorage to retain drafts. Copying a note places text on your clipboard; downloading creates a file on your device. Those are separate, user-requested actions. Read Your Data Footprint for details about local drafts, email and technical requests.
